From the Airport:
Our headquarters hotels do not offer complimentary shuttle service from the airport. Attendees should plan to utilize taxi or rideshare services to reach the hotels from the airport. The hotels are approximately 13 miles from the McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS). The headquarters hotels and addresses are listed below.

From hotel to conference site on the University of Tennessee campus:
We are pleased to provide complimentary shuttle bus service from the headquarters hotels to the Agriculture and Natural Resources Building on the UT campus. The following service schedule is planned to move attendees from the hotels to the meeting site on Monday, June 10 through Wednesday, June 12.
Shuttle Schedule:
Monday, June 10. Continuous circuit from hotels to UT campus every 20-30 from Noon – 9:00 PM.
Tuesday, June 11. From 6:00 – 8:30 AM and from 5:00 – 6:00 PM three coach busses will make circuit between hotels and UT campus. From 6:00 – 7:00 PM coaches will shuttle attendees to Yee Haw Brewing, 745 N Broadway St, Knoxville, TN 37917 and return service between 8:00 – 10:00 PM.
Wednesday, June 12. From 6:00 – 8:30 AM and from 5:00 – 6:00 PM three coach busses will make circuit between hotels and UT campus.
Mini-vans will be available on request to shuttle attendees from UT to hotels between 8:30 am and 5 pm. Please make requests at the registration desk.
Parking at Hotel:
Both hotels offer onsite parking. Crowne Plaza is self-parking in the attached garage for $15/day. The Hyatt Place offers valet parking with unlimited in/out for $40/day.
Parking on University of Tennessee:
On campus parking requires a parking permit. Permits will be available for pickup at the BIF registration desk in the Agriculture and Natural Resources Building, 2506 River Drive, Knoxville, TN 37996. This permit will allow parking in the lots adjacent to the conference site for duration of the conference, June 10-12.
